1) Finals are not the most awesome part of my life.

2) I appreciate the spoiler cuts for LoM going on, and I'd appreciate it if people could maybe keep that up for a bit more? For a while now, I haven't been able to get torrents to go up above 4 or 5 kb/s, and now that seems to be down to 0.

3) When my speed dropped, I told myself I was going to catch up to LoM when it took less than three days to snag an ep. Now, it is looking like I will just NEVER GET TO SEE MOST OF S2.

4) I spent $120 today. This is not of the good. But, on the other hand, for this price I got a new, totally waterproof jacket for biking in the rain, a windproof fleece vest, awesome sneakers, and flip flops for the showers at the gym.

5) My brain kind of hurts.

6) Remix. Ooops.

7) Did I mention that finals are not made of awesome?

8) Baaah:

We all have things about our friends that make us slightly envious.

Not in a bad way, but in a ‘Wow! I wish I had that person’s hair/eyes/money/relationship/toenails/whatever.’

*hugs* Thank you. It's not so much 'dealing' most of the time as going 'lalala, I can't hear you' to all my issues.


Also, I need to speak to you about Coming To Visit at some point. Probably after you've done your finals? I've done the maths and I can manage it and even visit over a weekend so you don't have work. :)

I suck for memes, but wanted to point out that you got recced on crack_van for a Heroes fic! (the rec is here). Don't know if you watch the van or not to have seen it, so thought I'd 'drop you a line', like the kids say.

For LoM, are you able to download stuff not on torrents? Cos someone on my flist is putting up links he got from a friend to megaupload, etc. and I can ask him if I can pass them on - I'm 99% sure he won't mind. Just S1 is up right now but the rest are intended to come shortly.

I am able to download stuff, and torrent files, but unable to torrent. Yeah, I don't know either.

Thank you for the offer of the DL links, but it looks like sprat is going to be kind enough to provide them, but withhold them until finals are over. I really appreciate the offer, though.

3) I'm behind with LoM downloads, but I usually have no trouble with torrent speeds. Provided that's true for the eps I haven't got yet, it'd be no problem to burn you a copy of them, too. What're you missing?

8) I envy your braaaaains, which are smart and shiny and talented at math and visual things in a way I could never hope to copy. Also, your ability to multitask without panicking.
