And that about wraps up another year...
Today was our last day of classes. So I'm done. Except for exams. And clearing out the Servery, and doing various SRC tasks, and looking after Coke, and organizing the year-end barbeque and...
Well, the point is, classes are over. I have my MathB30 Departmental tomorrow morning, Bio Friday, and AP entrance Monday. B30 is the hardest math we write in highschool, for whatever reason, save for Calculus, and the AP English is a first-year trial in our school. We have to write an entrance exam, though, and our teacher won't even give us a heads up as to what's on it.
Finished the last of my computers assignments literally seconds before the bell. Pulled my math mark up due to a couple of 100%s on our final tests. (See? This is what happens when I try. ::G::)
I'm pretty sure I have a bit of a concussion. I've had (more than) my fair share all ready, so it's not like I don't know what one feels like.
I took my head out on the car, you see. Mom came to pick us up from part way through the bus route, because there's this one road that's just horrendous, and we got a bit of rain. The last time that happened... Let's just say that it was a very scary time when we were down there. She yelled at me to hurry and get in the car, so I ran and threw myself in.
Slipped on the mud and brained myself. And I mean hard. I blacked out for a bit, even.
Writing math tomorrow should be interesting...
And in strange and slightly bizarre news: I was handing out signed stories today. o.O
Yeah, you read that right. I'd written this one 25 page story for creative writing (Edited by the wonderful, wonderful
nique), and four or five people wanted copies all for their very own. Signed and dedicated. So there are now copies of CherryWriting floating around out there. With my signature on them. The girl who got the first copy even made me write 'first copy' on it.
Talk about surreal experiences.
