::Head on desk::
Have you ever just had one of those days/weeks/months?
I'm sick. I'm tired. I'm only going to school tomorrow because:
I have basketball practice in the morning, and I told another girl I'd give her a ride. Well, that, and hopefully Coke repair is coming to fix the mess ups in their new machines, I need to finish all of my stuff for work experience so that the teacher can get it all marked up and photocopied nicely before the relevant instructor returns from Arizona. I need to do my resume, and my Plato, and try to find someway to print it out without getting .exes that shut down my computer.
I need to make up a sub/candy/misc. order to give to one of the teachers because PA Fine Foods has switched their deliveries to alternate Fridays, and this particular one happens to be P/T interviews, so we have the day off. Which would be nice for me, if I didn't have to work a Mid-4 bingo. I have to be at taekwon-do tonight, because I've missed some previous classes and we have a set date for testing and I need to know what's going to be on it, because we've been taking a rather random approach.
... I haven't been posting as much lately. I know. In part, because I'm trying not to be annoying, but when I mention this, I tend to get fwapped. In part, because I'm starting to feel like a broken record.
Today, I had band. In class, and then at division band. Normally, this is relaxing. However, I've been isolated from some of my best friends, and there's an adult member who seems to be out for my head.
I thought I was being paranoid, but apparently I'm not the only one who sees it. But he's our instructor's darling, so I can't say anything to her. He's in his forties, a bus driver, and he spends weeknights hanging out with high school students and making my life miserable. There is something sad about this.
Coke came. Delivery, but not repair. I managed to sweet talk the sub into letting myself and some others out of class to haul it around the school to the various places it needed to be. We messed around with the machines and managed to get the shims set properly, to sell lemonade and cherry Coke. We had to switch over because, apparently, two or three people sprayed with the poweraid bottles. So we're not allowed to sell it at all, even though it was moving at an incredible rate. I managed to get into the front of the vend and made some replacement tabs.
I finally got through the second PLATO test. It took me about five tries. (And yes, I was at the lower end of the scale. Some of the numbers were... unreal. Silly PLATO.)
Dealt with more servery stuff. Had more issues with the pop machines. Taught most of a Biology class, because some people are having trouble with genetics, and we have yet another sub in. (Right now, about half of the teachers in our school are actually subs.) Had a truly bizarre conversation with my English teacher. Was attacked by plot bunnies, but had no place to write. Tried not to mock a kid in grade 10 who didn't square his coffee table after gluing the base together. I mean... He was out *four inches.* If he'd even looked at it, he would have seen that something was wrong. Tables are not meant to be paralellograms.
...Yeah, that's my average day. Plus basketball twice weekly, taekwon-do twice, two other sets of orders, trying to squeeze in a work out ever day, and dealing with my family. Repeat, repeat, repeat.
Now, I'm just going to go and practice not throwing up.
