Cherry Ice in 2002

You have no idea how many times I've deleted an apology from this space right here. Here, right before I set about plugging myself in my first LJ post in two weeks.

As I'm sure those of you who care know, nominations are open for the CBFFAs. I've posted this to the plug board, but as per request, here's my list. Again. Now with categories.

Yes, I know I suck at stuffing stuff into categories.

Yes, I know I also suck at summarizing.

The Karma Downs
Sam and Cannonball. Bobby and Iceman. Emma, the White Queen, and not-Emma. Assorted insanities, normalcy, college life, and all the rest of the usual.
[Best Serious, Best Romance, Best X-Men, Original Characters]

With a Whimper
The end of the world. And a diner. That’s about all there is to say.
(Or -- the Logan story that seemed to net me comments about my Emma.)
[Best Serious, Best Adult, Best X-Men, Best Short Subject]

A Midnight Clear
GenX. Christmas. An automated defence system set to shoot down foreign objects entering airspace above Snow Valley. What could possibly go wrong?
[Best Humour, Best Short, Best X-Men]

Fade to Black
[Smallville] We’ve got Nice(ish)Lex, and Chloe. And we all know that in the end, there will just be EvilLex.
There are many kinds of blindness.
[Best DC, Best Serious, Best Short Subject]

Tea Time in Genosha
Emma, Genosha, and relativity at quarter of three.
[Best Short Subject, Best Serious, Best X-Men]

Sorry
[200 words] Sean apologizes to Emma.
[Best Short Subject, Best Serious, Best X-Men]

The Ties That Bind
[X-Files/X-Men]After the events of 'Letonia', Scully has to deal with the fall out. Not always in the best way possible.
[Best Crossover, Series, Best Serious, Best X-Men]

New Author is the only category I am not eligible for -- all of my old fic is open for Hall of Fame.

And I just know I'm missing things. Large, important things, with gaping holes.

Eh. Oh well. You're all smart people. If you're interested, or if anything has struck your fancy, you'll figure it out. ::G::

So, I think you need to write some Sark fic. :) At the very least, I need you to make your "Everything-but-Syd/Vaugh" Fic Archive because I neeeed some Sark fic (including not-horrible S/S fic).

Dude. The archive? Here's the problem. I just went two weeks without updating my LJ. My *LJ.* That takes significantly less time than an archive. I'm starting to think I just don't have enough time on my hands.

But, I think I can find you a decent Syd/Sark piece. I'll try to dig it up.

Truce?

Hmmm.... ::ponders:: Well since we do still want you to be able to update your LJ, you can give up the archive. :) Do you think perhaps I could - depending on what happens this season - have a Syd/Sark fic for my birthday??? :D (In addition to the L/A I think it was you promised me - remember, important bday in the US! LOL!)

Luv ya no matter what, you know. ;)

Oh BTW, I'm blaming you for the fact that I now *must* watch Fellowship again. It's alllll the plot bunny's fault. And since you insisted that the plot bunny live in my brain, I blame you. :)
