Within the past few months...
Number of vehicles left dead on the side of the road by our family: 7 (Plus the many that didn't start or make it out of our kilometre long driveway)
Number of times we were forced to walk until some nice people picked us up: 6
Number of tire blow outs: 2
Number of doors knocked completely off the car by the father: 1
Number of supremely messed up cars with loooong stories behind their breakdown: 1
360s and ditches hit: 2
Number of hours taken to pick bingos at tonight's culture club meeting: 3
Signs stolen at last night's bingo: 4
Fine waived by the wonderful people who own the bingo hall in return for letters of apology and their signs back: $500
Cars whose batteries died tonight after said culture club meeting because Dad left the headlights on: 1
Number of times the battery had to be charged by my friend and her car before we could move and have lights on at the same time: 5
Elapsed time spent in parking lot in subzero temperatures because the school was locked: 30 minutes
