Okay, so, this may not be my best idea ever, but:

Pimp me into something.

I like good writing and -- Okay, I'll forgive just about anything for good writing, I really will. I like things that are off-beat and original and have complex characters.

I'm looking to do some television (or rather, downloaded tv show) viewing over the remainder of break, as I really don't watch tv at all during term. Veronica Mars or Battle Star Galactica are possibilities right now, but I'd really prefer to watch either series in order. I'm open to new possibilities as well.

So, what are you watching? What should I watch? There are bonus points if there's a way for me to respond to the pimping (read: acquire episodes, particularly in order).

Wonderfalls.

You can get the entire series on DVD. Jaye and Mahandra are brilliant. Ditto Firefly. And Serenity just came out!

Check 'em out!

I've been told that Wonderfalls is something I would like -- Dead Like Me is pretty much my favourite thing ever. I'm afraid I haven't been able to find the DVDs here, though. I've been looking for a torrent, but alas. (Also, I'm told it has Kari Matchett in it, who was in my other favourite thing ever, Power Play.)

As for Firefly: OMG, Firefly! So much love. I prefer Firefly to Serenity, but it's mainly because it was much more of an ensemble thing than the movie -- I know that's a restriction of the genre, but the preference remains.

Thank you!

And if you like Bones, there's always the option of reading the book series that the show is based on. :)

Books are good. And I really enjoy the ones that Bones is based on (more than the show, actually, although it was remarkably well cast *g*).

Did you get the present I sent yet, by the way? *shakes fist at post office*

Hee! Well, if you can do so it would be greatly appreciated; if not, I understand completely.

Best of luck, hon.

OMG! I just got it today, and you are pretty much the best person ever. Thank you!

So. Much. Love.

(You just dab the oils on your wrist, right? I'm afraid I've never had anything like these before, and I wouldn't want to do it wrong.)

Thank you so much!

Thanks. I'm either going to have to give in and buy a new modem and a legit copy of Windows or keep on reinstalling it every 30 days since we *lost* the cracked copy we had...
