I know that I probably sound like a bitch, but it's really not about anyone but me, about knowing that I could and should do better. If I want to graduate with distinction, I need an 83 average on my engineering courses this year, 4% up from where I was last year. If I really want an NSERC for grad school, I need to maintain at least an 80% over my last two years of study. Which, actually, this doesn't count towards because I decided to stick it out for the Honours Bio degree.
You got the overseas placement? OMG! Hon, I am so very, very happy for you! I know how much you wanted it. YAY.
I am going in January! I am so very, very much going. I'm going to have to miss WEC for the National Conference, but it is going to be WORTH IT. I have never been, and I am so very, very excited. I totally didn't think to use you in the request a roommate thing, though.
