Tried for about half an hour to get a hold of the people at Coke who owe us a refund. When the nice new can machine froze, it took out about half the stock in it, and since it's Coke's machine, they should be paying us a refund. Plus, they still owe us on the orange pop that outdated in December.

I swear, the only real people who work in the Coca Cola are the ones in the front office, transferring you from line to line, and putting you on hold.

All the others have been replaces with creepy voice mail computers, taking your message, then deliberately mis-filing it.

In filing cabinets in basements locked in closets with signs reading 'Beware of Cougar' on the door.

Got a letter from the world college today.

Pearson College Seminar on Youth Leadership. Held over three weeks this summer. They enclosed an application form and everything.

It looks bloody amazing.

The drawback? $2,500. The brochure said to check out their website for scholarship information, etc, but I can't seem to find any information on scholarships.

I really need to find a way of getting my hands on some cash. For university, for this. But, you see, any job I could get would have the pay check virtually nixed with the gas for driving to it. What with our being almost an hour out of the city and gas prices being the way they are.
