Happy Birthday, Lyssie!

They got the chemical spill cleaned up and we were back at school, but the lab, etc, is still closed off. They've got it all locked up that neat red danger tape across it. "Danger! Do not enter!"

Managed to get both pop machines loaded and everything juggled around in the servery at lunch, thanks to a lot of help from some friends. Old Dutch came as well, and we've had to switch to to the 99 cent bags, because they're phasing out the smaller ones.

We had a fitness test today. And don't get me wrong, I dislike the things as much as the next person, but I mean... Whoo! We only have to do two more, and then we are done with them forever.

Organizing for the football team is less than fun. The basketball program this year is looking like it's going to be expensive. Drama is also going to start early because our school is hosting regionals, and it's so obvious that they already have their cast and crew chosen, even if I didn't know due to the fact that I talk to the people who have them. Oh well. It's not like I need more things, anyways.

Hrmph. My band teacher has decided that I'm some sort of prodigy. ::Head on desk:: Something about picking up the oboe to senior level in only a few months. It's nice to hear, but it's a large part of the reason why I'm going to be playing the oboe almost solely this year. I really rather like playing the flute...



Oh, yes. Now accepting applications for Minion Status. Perks include all the fresh-tapped maple syrup you can use, a pet attack beaver, and, if you join early, your very own country of choice (But hurry, the good ones are going fast). As well, there are substantial perks for recruiting others and nice Canadian World Domination propaganda posters.

...This is way too reminiscent of the time we had a model Treaty of Versailles in history class, and myself and three others teamed up, took over Germany, and then started dividing up the States among ourselves...
