I really am curious as to what others are curious about.

I want everyone who reads this to ask me four questions. Any four, no matter how personal, dirty, self serving, private, or random. I have to answer them honestly. In turn, you have to post this message in your own journal and you have to answer the questions that are asked to you. (And note where you got the meme, and where that person got it from, and so on, and so forth.)

1. do you wish you'd done something other than engineering now?

2. *stealing yours* - what show was ignored by people that didn't deserve it?

3. desert island - which movie do you bring?

4. are you satisfied where you're living right now? like, are you content in the city where you reside?

D'you remember when I IM'ed you on my phone and asked for directions?

Well my mom just did the same thing to me this afternoon......

1: You're not bad looking. Why not more photos, eh?

2: Why engineering, out of curiosity?

3: What's the best benefit to living in the middle of a godforsaken wasteland?

4: You get to be the right-hand woman/Girl Friday to any horrible dictator in history. Who would you want to work with?

Probably going to be crappy questions, but, anyway.

1) Assuming you could study anything you wanted, for the sheer fun of it, not for what you'll get out of it at the end, what would it be, right now?

2) You're a good writer. When did you start?

3) Left or right handed?

4) What colour shoes are you wearing?

1. Honestly? I'm still not sure. I look at the course calendar and get jealous of all of the courses I could be taking that are actually interesting, that I'd so so much better at, and I wonder.

2. 'Power Play.' I was going to say 'Dead Like Me' but the show had its own, devoted following. 'Power Play' was fresh, funny, idiosyncratic, original, well-directed and well-acted. I think that it was poorly promoted, and a lot of people just didn't give it a chance. *sigh* My other poor, dead, show.

3. 'Noah's Guide to Boat Building' (Wait. You want an actual movie?) 'Amelie.' It makes me smile, and feel all warm and gooshy inside.

4. It's another one of those things -- I love my friends, but sometimes it all just feels so small. Aren't I supposed to be over the adolescent angst?

1. I have this thing where I hate having my picture taken. Thusly, pretty much every photo of me that exist has several other people keeping me in the frame, and I'd feel creepy posting pictures of others on the internet.

2. I could hem and haw and use all sorts of distracting words, but it boils down to this: damned if I know. I came thisclose to transferring into anthropology this summer, and it's a line I'm still walking. I have little to not interest in any of my classes. It was supposed to help me develop a bit more of a work ethic, but that hasn't really happened -- I now work about as hard as most people did in high school.

3. We get to make all sorts of snarky comments about people from out of the prairie when they complain about the weather. It was -53 C the other day here, with the wind, and my contacts kept trying to freeze to my eyeballs. I miss the horizon when I'm some place more populated.

4. Um. (You just had to go and ask a hard one, didn't you?)
Jafar. He gets defeated by Aladdin and the genie in short order, but there's a swank magical palace. Also, because my knowledge of real horrible dictators is somewhat less than might be desired.

1) Anthropology. English. International studies. Mythology. Music. Genetics. Filmography and multimedia design. Photography.

2) First, thank you. *G* Second: According to ff.net's dates, three and a half years ago.
-- I was 16. Guh. I guess my older writing bears that out, but man. I'm old now.

3) Right, but when I was younger, I was ambidextrous. My kindergarten teacher though it was the sign of the devil and made me write with my right. I still do half the kinesthetic things I do in a manner opposite to most people, though.

4) Not wearing any. Or any socks. First, I'm inside a house, so no shoes. :D Second, I'm against shoes and socks in general principle -- you know, that same way some people are against pants.

Ah, of course. That Canadian thing. Um. Aren't your feet cold?

I do the bare feet thing around the house all summer. Winter I'll either wear socks and thongs (yes, I know, it's daggy) or slippers. Or bare feet until my toes go blue. :)

1. What else are you against on principle, besides unnecessary footwear?

2. What's something your really hate, but choose to do anyway?

3. What's a question you hope nobody asks you? (I'm not asking you to answer it.)

4. Who is your best friend?

1. Warning labels for stupid people. As far as I'm concerned, if you need to be told not to smoke while pumping propane/gas, or not to use a curling iron internally, or if you need the MSDS sheets to tell you not to use chemical containers to transport food or beverage? You need to be taken out of the gene pool.

2. Calculus. I was great at math in highschoo, but after my fourth calculus class (prerequisites in engineering) I have come to hate it. I hate it like a thing I hate.

3. "What do you have in your music library/playlist that you're embarassed to tell anyone about."

4. A girl I was a band geek with in highschool.
