*hugs tightly* Um. I really don't know if this'd be any help, or if you've already tried it.

Hey, don't take this the wrong way but you should NOT be doing all that extra work.

I'd bet that there are quite a few teachers that don't have a full class load. Try to find out which ones they are, and tally up the number of classes you miss each week because of it. Then try to go one of the School Council or PTA meetings and point out that you do all this extra work and that there are teachers who could be doing it instead. I'm pretty sure the meetings aren't members only. If they are, send them a letter that explains how you've been doing all of the admin and that shows them how many classes you've missed as a result. Maybe offer them a list of all the teachers who don't have full class loads but still work full time too. They should be doing this not you.

The list of teachers will give them some easy alternitives to using you as unpaid office staff. And if your school is anything like mine, you have attendance critiria. I mean, like you'll fail, even if you are a straight A student if you don't go to enough classes.

I don't believe you could get out of doing it easily without going to the School Council metting because that's where school policy is decided. Bring the fact that you are doing all the extra work to thier attention or nothing will change, and if you supply them with the list of teachers then they have an easy alternitive untill someone else is hired to take care of it all.

And if the school council don't work out some sort of alternitive to you doing all that extra work then I say you should send a letter to the local administration for the Department of Education. Um, in Austraila there is the District Supervisor and then the State Admin for the Department of Education.

Hell send a letter to the Canadian equivilent of the District supervisor anyway. I think they should be made aware of the fact that you are doing all this extra work and that your education is suffering as a result too.

Er, sorry. I hope all of that makes sense.
