I figured I'd show you why I wanted the base. You see, I've been practicing an animation technique that simulates rain, but it's helpful if the base picture actually has rain in it. So the image you used caught my eye when I saw it featured in dragonelf's journal.

What program do you use? I have a quick and dirty PSP instruction in the comments of my first try at rain icons on my journal, but there's a tutorial in another community for PS. I could scrounge up the links if you're interested.

I've just switched to Photoshop CS from Elements. (As in, within the last week.) It looks like it would be kind of nifty to learn, if you have the link handy.
