1) Thank you to
wildmachinery for the virtual milk and cookies! *snugs!*
2) I have recently discovered that the elderly fellow who lives next door is a nudist. There is not really a good way to find this out, but let's just say I think I found the worst one.
3) I am trying to be less of a hermit, as I am by default a fairly social person, and this withdrawing and working too much does not do much for my mental health. This leads to:
4) Today's unplanned shopping extravaganza, which went better than usual as I did not end up curled up in a ball, catatonic, hating the world, or stifling the impulse to smash mirrors. No issues here! Most importantly, this resulted in:
5) All four of us acquiring extremely sweet hats in individual variations. I thought they were fedoras, but apparently they are trilbies. Magically, they were even big enough for my head. Even more magically, they were marked as $12 but sold for $5. We even took pictures in a mall photo booth. Also, every single place we went for the rest of the day, someone complimented us on our sweet hats. These are extremely sweet hats.
6) All my deadlines are the first of the next month. What the heck, May and June? Did you get together to plan this or something? At least I have a sweet hat to protect me from their wrath.
