cherryI have a few minutes to kill before our team leaves for a tourney, so I'm updating briefly.
Long story short: Basketball, basketball, game (took out my knee and elbow and hip, feeling better now,) taekwon-do. Christmas concert for band (I messed the entrance on my first solo in our one piece, but I nailed the rest. Also, a few who used to be in band but moved away came to see us, so it was nice to get a chance to talk to them again) The car broke down on the road, someone tried to break the windshield wiper while it was parked at school, a couple of my friends almost got in a fist fight, we've been on two different field trips (Career Fair last week, fencing/wall climbing this week. Yes, they gave us swords. Hopefully, I'll have some time on Monday to do a bit of a fuller account of the trip, because when you've got use swinging swords and dangling from walls, much amusement occurs.)
Char-Mom was on last night!!! ::Huggles her Char-Mom, if she's reading this:: Char-Mom should be online more often, and not right before I have to get off. I'm surviving on five hours of sleep a night, and it's starting to get to me.
I found some time to get my fic for the HFFP finished - It's my first attempt at humour, and I'm really hoping that it doesn't fall flat. I've got another story in beta, and that'll be up sometime soon, hopefully.
We've got a two day tourney this weekend - but only three games. It'll be something like ten hours of driving between today and tomorrow, but at least I'll (hopefully) have time to take a nap.
And with that, I've got to scoot.
