While the flamethrower is deeply appreciated -- this was more my incoherent "Damnit! Stop using 'acts like a popular teenage girl' as if it were the worst thing you could think of!" It just gets a tad irksome to see it constantly bandied about, even though I know it's not directed at me.

Feh. There's nothing wrong with being a teenage girl. Or being popular, for that matter. I have knowledge of being the first, not the second. ;)

There's plenty wrong with teeangers who are anime-fangirl-must-insert-random-japanese-words-into-fics types though. :P

I hardly see what's so insulting about it - yay, you're popular! And happen to be a teenager! Whoop-de-freakin' doo. Obviously coming from someone with very little imagination.
