I took the job.

Eeeee!

--Damnit. I have council meetings to attend over the summer. I mean, no one expects me to actually go to them, but I should. I'll just have to see if I can get someone to sit them for me.

Networking is in progress to find a place to live. Lists are being made of things I need to survive, including a) learn to cook, b) learn to lock doors, and c) learn to deal with being alone.

I have a *job.* I'm *moving.*

Congratulations hon!!! That will be GREAT for you!!! :)

*throws confetti*

Cooking = macaroni & cheese + can of chicken + raw vegetables. Also, frozen meals are great.

*hugs* Eeee! That's fantastic.

Also, with the cooking: You *cannot* go wrong with those bottled pasta sauce bases. Cooked pasta + that sauce + vegies + cheese on top and bake till the cheese melts.

Mutli-purpose vegitable thing: Makes good lunches and stuff. Beat five egss, combine with four cups assorted vegitables, one chopped onion, one cup SR flour and one cup grated cheese. Maybe chopped bacon if you like that. Stick it all in an oven dish and bake for 40 minutes. :)

::Tacklehugs::

What's 'SR' flour? Does it differ significantly from white or whole wheat flour?

I absolutely did not type 'flower' three or four times before I got it right. *Flour.*

Um. Sorry. It's self-raising flour. And it's the same as the other sorts except that it rises when you cook with it rather than turning into a thick wodge of tough flour stuff. :)

And I forgot to mention that you're supposed to put 1/3 cup of oil in it, too.
