Ah, screw it, California is just too long to spell out like that.
I'm going to California!
Not right now. Sometime after by birthday. So, mid-August, probably. My cousin's husband is finishing his PhD at Stanford, and for a grad/bday present they're flying me down for a bit.
Y'know, before this year, I'd only been out of the province three times, and then only out west. Now I've been to AB with the band, and out east for a trip that kicked ass. And I get to go to California! I've never been to the States before, what with it not being 'out west.'
I've always wanted to tell an American I have a pet penguin. ::Wicked Grin::
I'm attempting to find out if I'll need a passport. A photo ID (ie. my driver's) and a birth certificate should do, shouldn't they?

The times I travelled to the States were when I was quite young, and I was under my mom's passport, but i think she needed to bring hers. Plus, you know, Canada harbours terrorists and everything, so they might have pushed up the requirements.
